PCI-1008 Micro Airflow/Temperature Sensor
 PCI’s 1008 is a low cost, solid state, air flow
sensor/switch designed for use with the MSI-20
(smart sensor hub) or as a
standalone device in embedded applications. It’s
unique design allows for many years of operation without the need
for re-calibration. Separate channels for airflow and temperature
minimizes the effect of self heating.
The sensor head measures 0.250'' x 0.325'' x
0.700''. The sensor head is attached to the sensor body, which measures
0.250'' x 0.325'' x 5''. The body of the sensor can be trimmed to
any length, which gives the user a great deal of flexibility. This tiny sensor minimizes the effect on the air flow,
and allows a user to place several sensors within the same air
flow.
The PCI-1008 is easily configured to each
customer’s specifications. Multiple output configurations are
available (an electrically isolated PWM signal is standard), as well
as a variety of voltage inputs. Different cabling options are also
available.
The PCI-1008 is compatible with the MSI-20
(PCI-1055). This allows the user the work with up to 20 PCI-1008
sensors on easy to use standalone device.
